Our Founder had the vision to start a College in the naturally beautifull environment of kanelav lake just minutes from the city centre. Shree Ghantakarana Mahavir Physiotherapy College was established in 2003 by Shree Shamalaji Arogya Seva Trust, Godhra. Commencement of this institution as a sapling was planted by our founder chairman Dr. Rajesh Soni with a single noble commitment for the cause of education at the under privileged district of Panchmahals which today has grown into mighty tree providing knowledge for thousands year after year. The trust , who has a rich experience in the field of medical education, also runs Homoeopathic Colleges. Its motto is to serve the weaker sections of the community, handicapped, socially , educationally and economically. It is affiliated to Shri Govind Guru University, Godhra and recognized by Government of Gujarat and Indian Association of Physiotherapists.

The college rightfully boasts of a well equipped library with an excellent collection of reference books, experienced faculty with proven reputation and dedication are on the rolls of the institution.
